The Student Ministry discipleship process is incorporated in all we do. However, we have two areas of discipleship emphasis. The first is our Student gathering on Wednesday nights. It includes live praise and worship, skits, student testimonies, games, table discussion, and a biblical message. The second is our Spiritual HABITS. We encourage students to develop six spiritual disciplines: Hang Time, Accountability, Bible memorization, Involvement in Ministry and Mission, Tithing, and Sermon Application.
Student Discipleship Schedule: Wednesday Evenings @ 6:15PM
Student Small Groups are the primary way for a student to FEEL connected to the Student Ministry. It’s important that every student has a sense of belonging. We are constantly encouraging students to take the next step in their spiritual growth and our small groups play a huge part in making sure that a student’s spiritual maturity will flourish. Our student small groups meet weekly for relationship building, accountability, and discipleship.
Student Small Group Schedule: Sunday Mornings @ 9:45AM
AWANA YM @ 5:00PM
The Student Ministry desires to engage and involve students in our corporate worship services on Sunday mornings.
Sunday Morning 10:55AM
The Student Ministry desires to create opportunities for students to learn the importance of serving others. These ministry opportunities are essential for the health and edification of the church body.
The Student Ministry has opportunities for students to share their faith in Jesus Christ with others. The two sides of the same mission coin are “come and see” (outreach) and “go and tell” (evangelism). Our events are a “come and see” opportunity for students to invite their friends. We have a variety of road trips, camps, retreats, theme nights, and other events designed to help students make the next step. We also create opportunities to share our faith through “go and tell” mission trips.
