The First Baptist Church logo is not a brand, but a missional reminder. It is our story of vision and commitment to win the lost of our community and state to Jesus Christ. The "M" stands for the mountains of Kentucky and the "t" stands for the cross of Christ. Together forming Mt. (the abbreviation for "Mount"). The "swoosh" along the bottom are the foothills of the Bluegrass. Mount Sterling is a gateway city between the mountains and the Bluegrass. Our logo reminds us that we are strategically positioned to proclaim the message of the cross from the foothills of the Bluegrass to the mountains.
We desire to help our ministry leadership create material that helps promote the church and our commitment to honoring Christ with excellence in all we do. When creating promotional material for your ministry, we hope you will find the following resources helpful.

The wordmark is placed to the right of the logo. Please do not alter or stretch the wordmark.
The wordmark for specific departmental ministries simply replaces "Mount Sterling." The font is Century Gothic with the "small caps" option selected. If you need assistance creating a departmental wordmark, please contact the church offices. Please do not alter or stretch the wordmark.
