Ministry is not an activity reserved for "professionals." The Bible teaches that every believer has a role to serve within the body of Christ (cf. 1 Corinthians 12). Ministry to one another (within the church) serves as a testimony and even lays the foundation for our mission in reaching others (as you will see in CLASS 104). Listed below are some of the ministry opportunities within our church.

Ministry Leadership Elected Leaders
There are some roles within the church family that are elected during our Annual Church Conference in November. These committees require church membership.
The Deacon Body is to serve with the pastor and staff in performing the pastoral ministries of (1) leading the church in the achievement of its mission, (2) proclaiming the gospel to believers and unbelievers, (3) caring for the church's members and others in the community, and (4) making recommendations to the church as directed by God.
The Church Officers consists of: moderator, assistant moderator, church clerk, assistant church clerk, treasurer, assistant treasurers, and trustees.
The Church Council consists of: pastoral staff, deacon chair, treasurer, and the chair of each of business committee.

The "Small Group Handbook" is a resource for Small Group Leaders and Small Group Apprentices. It is created as a training tool to help develop healthy small groups within our church.
BUSINESS COMMITTEES OPERATIONS MANUAL
The "Business Committees Operations Manual" identifies the six business teams that handle the operations of the church. These include: Nominating, Benevolence, Building & Grounds, Finance, Missions, and Personnel.
